AHA Lace Up

I had so much fun promoting the American Heart Association on National Walking Day! Being able to join together with members of my community to promote health and wellness is always a rewarding experience.

Even though it was a crazy busy week for many and many of my regular walkers couldn't make it, there was still a great turnout and hundreds of dollars raised for AHA. I can’t wait to deliver the donations to my local Heart Association to be used for research, health education, and community service events. A huge thank you to Susan Crosby for hosting the event!

Thank you to all of my International Pageant sisters who laced up their sneakers and went from a walk that day. Supporting the American Heart Association is one of the many amazing things about holding one of our titles.

I have several events with AHA in the near future… Stay tuned to find out what else I will be up to!
