Review: Boutique Hotel Seven Days, Prague

The Boutique Hotel Seven Days, Prague is centrally located and perfect for a romantic getaway to Prague.

We stayed for two nights and this is what we thought:

Welcome
We were welcomed with a map and a postcard of Prague. We thought it was a really nice touch to be given a postcard, and were even more impressed when they sent it out for us too!

We've never had this in a hotel before, but now we think it should be a must. We often end up sending our postcards from the wrong country because we don't have time/can't find the post office (sorry Grandma).

Our room
Our room was welcoming and had everything we needed. The bed in particular was very comfortable and we had two perfect nights sleep because of it.

Our room also had a TV, kettle, tea, coffee, umbrella, closet and a great bathroom: the shower had the perfect head to it, the water pressure was just right - not too hard or too soft. We also had a great selection of toiletries.

Breakfast

There was a really great selection at breakfast: many different cereals, yoghurts, jams, dried fruit, fresh fruit, all types of bread and toast, coffee,  juice, croissants and cooked breakfasts too.

There were also a fantastic selection of cheeses.

We enjoyed our breakfast, there was a good choice and something for everyone's taste and diet.

Romantic Getaway
The Boutique Hotel Seven Days is perfect if you are looking for a romantic getaway to Prague. In addition to a nice room and a great breakfast they also offer:

Romantic Dinner - You and your love-bug can have a dinner for two people by candlelight at their restaurant. This is a three course menu of your choice and includes a bottle of wine! (49 Euros)

Private Sauna - You and your amor can enjoy one hour at the hotel's private sauna with whirlpool (31 Euros)

They also offer a great selection of wines from the best wine regions of the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and France.

Fitness Room
The Boutique Hotel Seven Days has a great fitness room. It's open 24 hours a day (which we think should be a must for every hotel with a gym). And it is fully equipped with a running machine, weights and a cycling machine.

Location
One of our absolute favourite things about the Boutique Hotel Seven Days was its location, which can't be beaten.

It's located just a few steps from Wenceslas Square, which means that you're still in walking distance of all the touristy attractions, but you're not right on top of them (so you can avoid the stag dos and have a good night's sleep).

This also means that you are in prime location to see 'authentic' Prague, i.e. the Prague all the residents know and love - you're just a five minute walk from some superb pubs that only the locals know (and thus the beer is good quality and cheap) and some cute farmers' markets with some of the best raspberries we've ever had.
